Upgraded to the Conditional license Tom was 14 yrs old and couldn't drive to the FCC examining station in KCMO at the time within the year and held K0RPH until 1976. Tom upgraded through General, Advanced and Extra Class in 1976 and applied for and received N0SS the same year.
