'At the Top' - 450m up Burj Khalifa

The highest observation platform in the world, is located above 450 m ground level. Called 'At the Top, Burj Dubai' this will, mostly likely, become one of the most popular tourist attractions in the region offering superb views and more. Phil Blizzard jumped onboard the superfast elevator to the 124th floor to give this report, before the tower was officially named Burj Khalifa.
