I\'m busy working on my complete re-recording of Hotter Than Hell and work is progressing nicely. Here are some outtakes from a couple of songs as a kind of sampler. The full album will be made available as a free download in mp3 and lossless format.
Great solo from the Spaceman, lovingly re-created here. Anton Fig\'s drumming is solid but with a few crazy fills. The original track speeds up a bit towards the end and I\'ve exaggerated that here for a bit of comical effect.
We use Reaper to record our guitar/bass tracks and since we live a few hours apart, we send the tracks back and forth via the web. The drums are midi and processed with EZ Drummer to make them sound more realistic.
